Upper Body

1 Step Right, Punch Right
2 Step Right, Uppercut Right
3 Step Right, Punch Left
4 Step Right, Uppercut Left
5 Step Back with the right, down block left, punch right
6 Step Back with the right, punch block (side block) left, punch right
7 Step Back with the right, grab block left, nukite strike right
8 Step Back with the right, grab block left, uppercut right
9 Step Back with the right, slow high block left, punch right
10 Step Back with the right, quick high block left, rap to the nose left, punch right
11 Step forward with the right, down block right, five punches
12 Step forward with the right, punch block right, five punches
13 Step forward with the right, chop block low right, chop strike to the collarbone with the left (Chudan Shuto, Jodan Shuto)
14 Step to the oblique right, side push block right, two rib strikes
15 Drop to horse stance to the right, hands up, elbow strike left (Kiba dachi, empi uchi)

Lower body

1 Front push kick
2 Front push kick to the side
3 Front knee push kick (blade edge of the foot strike)
4 Front knee push kick to the side
5 Front heel kick (brutal stomp)
6 Reverse front heel kick
7 Knee kick
8 Flip kick
9 Squat kick (start in ready position, step to the oblique, hands on guard on right, kick left)
10 back kick
11 Reverse back kick
12 Wheel kick (reverse back kick with the follow-through)
13 Hook kick
14 Crescent kick
15 Reverse Crescent kick

arturis and tarq mentioned a muscle that isn't normally used save for when we snap our punches.

Do we know which muscle this is? Does it only get developed through repetition of exercises?

How about in our legs?
